Our district may be small, but this sandwich is BIG on flavor! A house made spicy blackening blend tossed with fresh chicken breast, then roasted to seal in the juices and bring out the flavor. Next, we mix fresh Wisconsin Apples, dried cranberries and cabbage tossed in a light citrus dressng and layer that onto the meat, to help balance the heat! We love using fresh, quality, local ingredients in our meals- these kids deserve the best! Our District prides itself on a sense of community, and what better way to live that message than to do what we can to help pay off school lunch debt. Go Blackhawks!!
